Blocking Record Reads with the c-tree Server

The V8.14 c-tree Server offers a new blocking record read feature that permits an application to attempt a record read with an optional blocking condition. If no records satisfy the read request, the server waits until such a record exists or the block times out providing a convenient technique for the application to process records as they become available.
