Pre-Compiled Libraries

c-treeACE is distributed with an assortment of pre-compiled binaries. Existing c-tree Plus users will appreciate not having the extra step of compiling c-tree libraries before you can use c-treeACE. No more environment setups. No more mtree!

Here is a list of binaries included in your c-treeACE Express installation. These libraries are all located in the \bin directory.

• mtclient.lib - The c-treeACE multithreaded client library for ISAM and low-level c-tree access. This client library can be linked to your application for access to the c-treeACE server engine.
• FairCom.CtreeDb.dll - The c-treeACE multithreaded client library for .NET applications. Referencing this assembly in your .NET application gives you full c-treeACE server engine ISAM and low-level access.
• Ctree.Data.SqlClient.dll - This is the c-treeACE SQL ADO .NET Data Provider. Use the Data Provider to provide powerful c-treeACE SQL access from your .NET Applications.
• ctreedbx.dll - This is the distributable driver for Borland dbExpress with c-treeACE SQL.
• ctodbc9.dll - This is the c-treeACE SQL ODBC Driver for Microsoft Windows.
• ctsqlapi.dll - This is the core c-treeACE SQL client library used by the dbExpress driver, c-treeACE Direct SQL, and the c-treePHP interfaces.
• isql - This is the c-treeACE Interactive SQL utility for directly interfacing with the c-treeACE SQL server engine.
